the stages of swallowing...{!!!}

something we do hundreds of times per day, and probably take each swallow for granted, yet it is so complicated. it's a miracle!

i am so grateful that i can sing {not sayin' i sing well, but at least my vocal chords make noise} and that i can swallow.

do somethin' for me: imagine a day where you can't swallow for the entire day.

sucks, man.
